They had a late day of riding today, not getting in until close to 8:30pm. They rode 85 miles from Williamsport, MD to Cumberland, MD. They rode on the C & O canal path so they only had an ascent of 265 ft. today. They encountered light rain in the afternoon. Then about 5 miles from their destination they encountered heavier rain. I hope Karl will send me some pictures that I can post soon. I did add some pictures to my first entry that our daughter Carol took when we dropped the riders off for the start of their ride and a picture Karl took on their trip to Friday's post, so you might want to revisit those posts to see them.
