Karl and Zach spent the morning in a bike shop in Cumberland hoping to get a bad shock fixed on Zach's bike. They weren't able to get that fixed but they did get Zach a new speedometer because his stopped working and they got his brakes adjusted. They only rode 50 miles today because of the late start and that included the ride up a hill to get cell phone service to call home. Their total ascent for the day was 1142 ft. They stopped for the day in Rockwood, PA which is along the Great Allegheny Passage rail trail. They will continue on this trail in the morning.
