Today, Karl and Zach rode 51 miles from Hermann Missouri to the capital of Missouri, Jefferson City. This morning the got back on the Katy trail at mile marker 100 and exited the trail at mile market 143 to go into the city. Tomorrow they will get back on the trail and head for Clinton.

 Karl said the met a few more riders headed across country. They met two young guys today who were riding across the country. They told Karl and Zach they started in California and had been riding 5 weeks. They said they went over the mountains and one mountain pass had to push their bikes through 3 feet of snow.

Karl sent a few more pictures. The first is of the bike ramp to get to the bridge they had to cross to get into Jefferson City and the second picture is of the capital building in Jefferson City.
